Temporary Airline Customer Service Agent
Work for a first class airline in a temporary Customer Service Agent at Heathrow Airport
20 hours a week - late shifts
Start in May for three months

This leading world class Airline have an opening for temporary Customer Service Agent to join this friendly busy team. This will be an ongoing role for three months with a well renowned airline.

Temporary Customer Service Agent responsibilities:
- To provide a world class customer service experience to internal and external customers
- Meeting and greeting passengers, checking passports, visas and tickets, asking security questions, issuing boarding cards, answering a variety of questions
- Liaise with crews for on time boarding, reconciling baggage issues, assisting customers onto the aircraft

Temporary Customer Service Agent skills required

- Previous experience in Check in at an airport is essential
- Working knowledge of GDS systems
- Able to work late shifts over weekends and week days

Temporary Additional Information
- Hours are Mon - Sun and hours are between 2pm- 8pm
- Must be happy to work part time 20 hours a week
