A great opportunity to use your Italian language skills exists with an award winning airline in South Manchester . Working in a team of Italian speakers, you will be taking incoming calls from Italian and English customers, making reservations and providing excellent customer service.
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in Italian and English. The role involves shiftwork (the operation opens between 7.30am - 8.30pm, 7 days per week) so candidates must be flexible with working hours.
In return the client is offering a salary circa £15000 - £16000 per annum, including a language allowance, shift allowance and meal allowance. In addition, the client offers a quarterly and annual performance bonus scheme, generous annual holiday allowance, plus concessionary airline travel. Our client is situated well for train links and also has on-site parking available.
