Job Description
Assist the Marketing Manager and 2 Area Sales Managers by handling the following tasks:
Analysis of Airline fares, contracts, and rules; formatting the data in excel format.
Distribution of product newsletters and fares to the clients via email.
Uploading fares in the company's in-house database.
Maintenance of the client database in Access.
Creating PowerPoint presentations with tables and graphs.
Download and format monthly revenue statistics

Previous work experience in the Travel Industry and or Airline industry essential
Good knowledge of airline city codes along with use of GDS (Reservations system) for flight schedule displays, fare displays.
Experienced in Outlook, Excel (essential), PowerPoint, Word all to Intermediate level (min.)
Be confident to widen your expertise in these areas and more.
Access experience is optional.
Have good organisational skills to be able prioritise and work to deadlines.
Numeracy and accuracy.
Good communication skills to work as part of a small team locally, and with other offices overseas.

Salary is 18k plus great benefits and working Monday to Friday 0900-1730hrs
20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days)
