This is a fantastic opportunity to join this forward thinking organisation in Business Travel. We are looking for a driven Customer Service Specialist with the dedication to maximise your performance within this friendly team, based in Manchester City Centre.

The Customer Service Team takes responsibility for all areas of the client relationship. We are looking for an individual who excels in customer service and understands the need to continue to provide a seamless service to our customers in all areas of the travel management process. You will be flexible in your approach to learning, keen to challenge ways of working and suggest new innovative methods, as well as having a drive for achievement.

In order to be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will be self motivated and ambitious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a high pressured environment. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and a good knowledge of worldwide airlines. Knowledge of CRS / GDS systems is preferable.
