This is an excellent opportunity to work for an award winning cruise company as part of a dynamic team, within a fast based call centre based in Redditch. Our client is looking for confident and outgoing individuals to work as reservation consultants in a fun working environment. As a reservations consultant, you will be booking various types of cruising holidays to worldwide destinations. There is huge earning potential for the right candidates.
Responsibilities include:
Handling a high volume of inbound calls, identifying customers' travel needs and delivering high levels of service
Maximising sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling of additional products and services
Selling cruises to match individual customer's needs
Responsible for meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements:
It is essential that you have telesales experience within the Travel Industry
Previous experience in selling of cruising holidays is essential
Must have excellent communication skills
Computer literate and clearly spoken English is essential
Ability to work well under pressure in a sales/ target driven environment
The Package:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £15k plus an excellent commission structure and benefits
