Dealing with travel enquiries over the phone and by email
Offering advice on and booking flights, hotels, and holiday itineraries for valued clients
Using a CRS to check availability and book flights
Offering the highest levels of Customer Service at all times
You should have previous experience in the travel industry
Experience of using at least one of the CRS
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent geographical and product knowledge
Should be used to providing the highest levels of customer service
