Travel Consultant

Are you an experienced Travel Professional currently looking for a new challenge? Have you previously used a CRS such as Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus to book flights and hotels? Do you have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to chat to and give detailed travel advice to high profile clients? If so, please read on.
My client is a leading player in the Travel Industry with a significant global presence. They are looking to recruit the highest calibre travel staff to join their team in the South East of England at the beginning of 2013. Interviews and Assessment Days will be held from October with Training Courses to start at the beginning of the New Year. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with travel enquiries over the phone and by email
Offering advice on and booking flights, hotels, and holiday itineraries for valued clients
Using a CRS to check availability and book flights
Offering the highest levels of Customer Service at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
You should have previous experience in the travel industry
Experience of using at least one of the CRS
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent geographical and product knowledge
Should be used to providing the highest levels of customer service
