Travel Exhibition Account Manager, London, Salary £30k plus bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account manager, preferably with a background in the travel sector to to join this international media group. As Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for maintaining key accounts and driving new business in the form of exhibition sales. This position would suit a confident self-starter that has an excellent track record in achieving sales targets, has great account management skills and is looking to develop their career within one of the fastest growing events businesses in the UK. Knowledge of the cruise industry and exhibitions is preferable but not essential. They are offering a salary to £30k plus bonus and benefits for this Central London Position.

Travel Exhibition Account Manager Responsibilities:
To identify and develop new and existing business
Manage accounts from sale through to completion
To ensure all exhibition space and other targets are met
Ensure all bookings are accurately entered and invoiced
Maintain accurate sales records on the CRM
Ensure the progress of a strategic sales plan in conjunction
Manage relationships with existing clients
Ensure delivery of contractual obligations both pre-event and on-site at the event
Organised and able to manage workload and prioritise accordingly
Stays abreast of trends in your sector

Travel Exhibition Account Manager Responsibilities:
Inquisitive, persuasive and able to build strong relationships
Strong background in sales
Travel Industry experience beneficial
Excellent telephone manner, Professional and punctual
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent business development experience, taking care of your long standing clients, as well as exceeding your targets
Successfully completes significant negotiations, both internal and external.
Identifies similarities and differences in position and assesses impact on discussions.
Ensures negotiators have awareness of complementary yet diverse interests.
Explains the development of industry segments - trends, consequences, key issues.
Communicates well downward, upward, and outward.
Employs appropriate methods of persuasion when soliciting agreement.
Maintains focus on the topic at hand.
Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience.
