Senior Business Travel Consultant required, working for hugely successful corporate travel provider based in Hull, East Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, confident individual, who is looking to take the first step into supervisory management. A patient approach and good organisational skills are needed together with the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of following operational policies and procedures, including MIS reporting.
Duties Include:

* Supporting the team and management in the smooth and efficient day to day running of the department
* Monitors the quality and adherence to policy of bookings processed
* Takes a hands on approach when required
* Supports the team to deliver excellent customer service with every client transaction
* Assist in the training and development of the team
* Working mornings, evenings, weekend and bank holidays

The successful candidate will be able to show that they can successfully lead a team by example and will also feel comfortable in all client facing situations. The role covers responsibility for a range of VIP accounts all of whom expect a first class customer service.

Candidates will ideally have Sabre skills, good fares and ticketing knowledge, and previous corporate travel industry experience. This is an ideal opportunity for any Senior Business Travel Consultants who are confident in their abilities and eager to take the next step in their business travel career and route to management level.
You will work outside the Monday to Friday working week and provide an around- the-clock expert service to our global clients working a combination of late nights, early mornings, and weekends/public holiday shifts. The environment suits those who are keen to work flexibly and are able to think on their feet to find solutions for travellers on the move.
The successful candidate will earn circa £25,000 - £29,000 along with the opportunity to develop in to a management level in your career.
