Partnerships Development Lead - An excellent opportunity to take up this newly created, team management role for a forward thinking and dynamic travel industry supplier based near Folkestone in Kent. You will be required to spend at least 3 days in the office with the remaining 2 out seeing clients and/or working remotely.
Partnerships Development Lead Responsibilities
Reporting to the head of department, you will be responsible for managing a team of two partnership managers as well as an administration team of 4. In addition to driving the team's performance you will also review partnerships to identify opportunities for growth, create and implement partnership development plans, review data and trading information to make recommendations on growing sales and renegotiating expiring contracts. You will manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for resolving any problems and holding sometimes quite difficult conversations. You will provide regular and constructive feedback to your team, coaching where appropriate and ensuring they are delivering to the best of their abilities.
Partnership Development Lead Skills Required
- Inspirational people management skills with a track record of driving team performance
- Experience in Commercial Partnerships and/or Account Management
- Experience and knowledge of the travel industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary up to £45,000 per annum, company car, profit share, benefits
