An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Russian speaking, Business Development Manager/Account Manager to work for a leading Incoming Tour Operator based in their London Office. As a Business Development Manager/Account Manager you will be responsible for the development of existing client and the identifying new customers primarily within the UK market for their FIT travel products. You will need to be a fluent Russian speaker with experience in B2B sales particularly with UK market, strong technical experience with good knowledge of Excel and knowledge of XML and Salesforce would be desirable.


*Ensure the company's position as a leading provider to the travel industry in the UK is maintained
*Develop and maintain sales plans for existing partners and clients to include account evaluation to identify growth opportunities with each customer and drive new revenue and profit streams
*Initiate, plan, develop and implement a strategy for achieving sales, profit and minimum margin targets that are in-line with budgetary forecasts
*To ensure continuous development of a profitable corporation
*Continuously work towards a pipeline of new partners and clients
*Represent the company at various industry events
*Conduct business trips on regular basis in the designated territory


*Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian
Technical understanding of online product software (XML) and a good level of excel skills
*Ability to analyse sales figures and take commercially sound decisions
*Strong understanding of the sales market in the UK.
*Demonstrated ability to identify key customer needs
*Ability to understand and prioritize short and long term goals
*Structured and analytical decision making
*Solid networking and relationship building skills
*Ability to develop and maintain trust with customers and strategic partners
*Demonstrate natural ability for turning opportunities into tangible business
*Ability to work on multiple tasks, keeping track of projects and monitoring progress
*University level education or similar
*Proven track record of success in an international and fast moving sales environment
*Approximately 5-10 years of progressively broadening assignments in sales development
*Experience of working with large clients
*Experience of Salesforce


The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30k - £40k DOE
