Coach Operations Executive
The successful applicant can be based in our clients offices in London (other Europe locations will be considered) will work with the Manager of coaching to deliver contracts and suppliers as required by the business for tours into Europe.
Coach Operations Executive Key Activities
Educate and familiarise self with knowledge of product and suppliers
Action all contracting requests quickly, efficiently and accurately.
Input contracts and update relevant systems.
Develop good working relationships with Suppliers
Co-ordinate with Suppliers and Internal departments to resolve accounts queries and other discrepancies.
Monitor booking situation of LDC’s and highlight to management any potential issues.
Deal with on road emergencies
Investigate complaints about coaches and drivers
Monitor quality control
Prioritise work load as and when necessary.
Assist other members of the LDC Reservation Team and other departments as and when workload dictates.
Undertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frame
Process prepayments if and when required
Maximise profits whenever possible by requesting special budgets when possible.
Respond to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours.
Ensure good communication with colleagues and management. Provide feedback and identify any new ideas and/or problems
Ability to travel for business when required.
Coach Operations Executive Skills required
Past experience/working knowledge of reservations or operations in the Travel/Hospitality industry is preferable though not essential.
Good written and spoken English required. Preferred though not essential is an additional European language skill.
Good Working knowledge of MS Office

Good communication and reporting skills
