Overseas Compliance Administrator - Travel / HR - Maternity Cover

This large, well established tour operator with a strong tradition of excellence and high standards who are so passionate about each of their brands are looking for an exceptional administrator to join their HR and Recruitment Team.

Overseas Compliance Administrator - Travel / HR Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting the overseas compliance manager preparing all certificates for employees working overseas
  • Preparing and sending all required documentation
  • Logging of international timesheets and monthly audit of hours for payroll
  • Preparing employee mandates for payroll
  • Office housekeeping

Overseas Compliance Administrator - Travel / HR Skills Required

  • Excellent previous administration skills required
  • A passion for and knowledge of ski holidays would be an advantage
  • You must be highly organised and PC literate
