My client is a luxury travel company specialising in top end luxury villas in the Mediteranean.
They are now seeking to recruit an Italian Speaking Operations and Customer Services Executive
Candidates must have previous customer services experience preferably dealing with a luxury product and high end clients.
Italian Speaking Operations and Customer Services Executive Responsibilities and Duties:
Establishing and maintain pre booking contact with clients
Collate clients details and liaise with villa owners
Liaise with suppliers regarding bookings
Support the sales team
Ensure any requested brochures are sent out to clients
Italain Speaking Operations and Customer Services Executive Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience dealing with a luxury product or high value clients
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both verbally and in writing
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Italian Speaking Operations and Customer Services Executives salary and Benefits:
Base Salary of £22,000
22 Days Holidays
