Our group travel specialist client is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to drive revenue growth through the production of marketing and sales materials, the generation of new leads by marketing, the measurement of sales activity, organisation and management of exhibition and conferences, management of sales and marketing data.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate production of all marketing materials for postal, online and email campaigns
  • Produce digital proposals for the teams
  • Track lead distribution and conversion
  • Provide creative input across a variety of media
  • Monitor and implement the marketing plan and budget
  • Co-ordinate the continuous improvement of the UK website
  • Monitor and evaluate PPC and Social media campaigns
  • Organise and implement the conference and exhibition programme
  • Foster communication with both the Sales and Operations Teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and personal progress
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures; support company policies and management decisions with a sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Seek out and participate in internal and external programs that facilitate personal and professional growth
  • Identify and discuss personal and professional growth goals with the Sales team
  • Marketing Coordinator Skill attributes:

  • Knowledge of international destination and travel experience preferred
  • TRAVEL Industry experience a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Photoshop and InDesign a plus but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, time management and organisational skills
  • Sense of urgency and commitment; demonstrated ability to meet individual and team goals
  • Ability to significantly increase time commitment as needed to meet company objectives
