Support the Sales & Marketing Director to develop strategy, and outline content for each seasonal programme. Be responsible for the development, planning, organising and delivery of the agreed campaign launches and promotional events. Work collaboratively with the group sales and marketing team.
Main Responsibilities
1.Agree with Group Sales & Marketing Directory strategy and outline content for each season programme prior to development and plan, organise and deliver campaign launches and other promotional events as required.
2.Work collaboratively with group employees and external sales, marketing and product development resources to finalise individual programmes to agreed deadlines.
3.Complete a detailed costing for each programmed departure as directed by Group Sales & Marketing Director identifying identified fixed and variable costs, proposed brochure price, resulting mark up and break-even PAX.
4.Obtain Group Sales & Marketing Director sign off for finalised programmes.
5.Ensure that all holiday and excursion elements are contracted/booked on prices and terms most favourable to the group to minimise delivery costs and optimise cancellation charges should these become relevant.

Previous experience within a similar role in travel/tour operator is preferred. Educated to degree level or similar. Own transport ideal.
