Business Development Executive – Mandarin Speaking. Oxfordshire.
Working for this high profile luxury retail destination company, the Business Development Executive will support the Tourism team to deliver increased visitors and spend from Inbound visitors from Greater China and South East Asia. Key responsibilities include building and developing relationship with Tour Operators, Groups, MICE and Student Operators, supporting the Tourism Sales Teams with VIP groups and HNWI and managing sales activities, ensuring the highest level of guest experience. Attending key events, hosing in Village Fam Trips, building value add offers and ensuring world class support to drive revenue from these key markets. To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will be fully immersed in the GC & SEA community in the UK with a good understanding of “Luxury” and a proven track record in the Leisure/Tourism/Hospitality environment. Fluent Mandarin is essential (Cantonese an advantage) An exciting, unique and highly varied role for a pro-active, resourceful and highly organised individual.
A background in either Luxury Hotels, Private Jet, Travel Trade, Embassy and/or Concierge companies or Shopping Destination with experience and knowledge of the GC and SEA market will be essential.
