An opportunity to work for one of London's leading sightseeing companies in a first line IT support role…

Reporting to IT & Projects Manager and working as part of an integrated IT team, the role will have a primary focus of supporting Back office systems and applications.
*Maintain all user access, permissions, quotas and auditing, such that access to appropriate folders, systems and programmes is controlled.
*Provisioning of new staff accounts as part of the on-boarding process, which includes assigning licences, creating folders and ensuring correct group membership.
*Managing the staff exit process to ensure accounts are disabled/deleted, folders removed and any appropriate data is backed up.
*Monitor disk usage on servers including Windows, MS Exchange, Shared drives and folder redirection servers to enable effective capacity planning ensuring optimal capacity at all times.
*Management of email accounts including MS Exchange user, shared and resource mailboxes, mail forwarding within the Exchange environment.
*Working within a team, troubleshoot issues and support back office applications and mobile apps and ensure issues/faults are restored immediately
*Monitoring System Recovery workstation backups to ensure issues are identified and resolved and failed backups are investigated and corrected.
*Working with external managed service provider to report and restore issues/faults.
*Liaising with ISP's and other IT vendors
*Managing IT inventory, licensing and optimal stock of IT consumables

*User account and mailbox management across Windows/Exchange
*AD management (desired)
*Desktop support, folder permissions and workstation backups
*Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 account management
*Storage monitoring and reporting
*Enterprise and PC Image based backup technologies (NetBackup Enterprise or Symantec System recovery desirable)
*Staff on boarding and Exit processes
*Scripting and automation experience including Windows PowerShell (desired)
*Networking protocols
*Experience in configuring Smartphones & Tablets
*Be prepared to take ownership of the role and must be able to take on ad-hoc assignments relevant to the role

This is a Monday-Friday role with working hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
A salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum is on offer
