A Global Travel Management company is looking for an HR Advisor for it's team in central London. You will be the key contact for any performance management, disciplinary, grievances, absences and general well-being of staff. You will be actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment of new starters, and work closely with line managers regarding policies and procedures.

You will need to have a good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws. Excellent communication skills be highly organised and self-motivated. You will need to be discreet as you will be handling sensitive information daily.

Previous experience in a similar face paced HR role is essential. You need to have experience working at an Advisor level and be able to manage the full employee lifecycle for example: advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and termination of employment. A good understanding of UK employment law and legislation, and CIPD qualification is necessary.
