A Specialist Travel company based in Ipswich are looking for a Product Executive to work for their successful, diverse, fast growing travel company. Working as a Travel Product Executive you will focus on supporting the company in order to successfully grow and develop key product areas contributing to the overall success of the business.
*Review current product
*Get all current product up to date - including pricing, itineraries, text, photos and accommodation details
*Deal with supplier contracts
*Help directors to maintain and improve existing supplier relationships, and build new ones as needed.
*Help advise and suggest required marketing in e-newsletters
*Ensure we're up to date with properties on websites (updating and adding new ones) and also on our reservation system (for quotes etc).
*Ensure new properties and services are only added to reservation system in the right way - ie agreed upon, and written up well.
*Keep abreast of special offers and keep sales team updated
*Keep sales team trained on product
*Come up with new product and itineraries to market as required.
*Report to the directors

Ideally you will come from a Travel background, be outgoing and want to develop and progress.
Ideally you will have personal experience of at least one of the following destinations South America, Africa, India, Equador, Peru, Costa Rica or and Brazil or you will have regularly sold these destinations!
As you will be working within a small friendly team you will be fully supported in your role and information and help is always available!
This role is a full time permanent position and you will be working office hours, Monday - Friday 9-5.30!
You will need to be hard working, with a good attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks at once.
