Our client is a well-established, industry leader and they are looking for fresh forward thinking team members to join their fantastic Dublin office. Working with excited visitors looking to holiday in the UK and Ireland, you will be tailoring fantastic trips to show off all the beauty, culture and the best that Great Britain and Republic of Ireland have to offer! You will be creating top excursions and looking after French visitors so a creative edge and top customer service skills is a must. If you don't speak French - we may have an alternative for you. This is a 12 month maternity cover with fantastic salary reward!

The core responsibility here is to provide comprehensive service to the French speaking visitors where you will be tailoring and creating their itinerary looking after their trip from enquiry, during their visiting and onto post booking. You will also be responsible for managing a team of the French customer care team.

Responsibilities include:
- Use your English and French skills, liaising with any clients wishing to visit UK and Republic of Ireland.
- Ensure that operations operate as smoothly as possible, in a timely fashion.
- Be the first point of contact for escalation of complaints and offer a resolution
- General management duties
- Train and mentor staff
- Implement processes across the team as directed by company policy
- Assist in operating this department's 24 hour emergency phone.

The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of Irish and UK tourism product and industry.
Fluent / business level efficiency of French and English is required.
You will have good customer service skills, good computer literacy and good organisational skills.
Strong team player and ability to manage others.

The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with some flexibility for helping with the emergency phone, attending any trade shows required and, indeed, any additional help on tours.
