Travel Customer Service Agent, Uxbridge, Salary £22k
We are seeking an experienced travel customer service agent for this tour operator to cover this clients in resort customer helpline. This great opportunity will pay a salary of £22k covering 4 out of 7 days a week 9-5.30 shifts, with optional out of hours coverage from home for a bonus.
Candidates must be able to deliver an outstanding service to customers, this is a vital role within the company as you will be the main point of contact for resort customer queries for customers in resort.

Travel Customer Service Agent Responsibilities;
Answering customer enquiries and providing customer advise while in resort
Resolving customer in-resort complaints
Liaising with suppliers regarding queries/complaints/issues
Reporting escalations to internal teams
Logging and tracking of in resort enquiries

Travel Customer Service Agent Requirements:
Travel Industry experience - Essential Excellent communication skills- Essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Able to show empathy and compassion whilst remaining professional at all times
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Flexible approach to work to include weekends and some out of hours shifts from home
