Job description
The role provides accurate and professional administrative support within the Finance and Operations Departments. Predominantly dealing with company credit card reconciliations and invoicing in accordance with the companies agreed procedures
- Balancing payments and invoicing foreign visas and logging into the Finance systems.
- Accountable for monitoring and distributing Amex statements
- Monitoring and reconciling Out of Hours credit card statements
- Following up on unpaid invoices
- Resolution of account related queries
- Processing hotel invoices
- All other administrative and finance duties to ensure smooth running of the team

We are looking for candidates who have worked in a finance / Reconciliations team with similar duties in a fast paced environment. Someone able to manage their own workload and with strong adaptive ability to grasp computer systems. You must be organised, an excellent team player and a progressive attitude. Travel industry experience would be preferred.
