Finance Assistant - Business Travel

Our client, a successful and growing Travel Management Company based in the City of London, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a small team in general finance functions. You will be reporting into the Finance Director to administer the key aspects of the finance function.

Finance Assistant Duties:

  • Interfacing processes
  • Raising credits and manual invoices
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • AP invoice matching
  • Travel Supplier reconciliations
  • Banking and cash allocations

Finance Assistant Attributes:

  • Must have working experience as a Accounts Assistant / Finance Role
  • Good Excel understanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
