Reservations Consultant is required by a highly regarded tour operator that works alongside some of London’s most exciting travel attractions. You will be responsible for selling managing individual and group bookings. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience in sales and reservations.

As the Reservations Consultant you will:

  • Be responsible for selling travel attractions, theatre tickets and supplementary services whilst adhering to brand standards
  • Manage and process individual and group booking requests
  • Promote and upsell ancillary products at every given opportunity
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines
  • Successfully convert sales calls at the maximum rate at the highest possible margin
  • Be responsible for informing the departments managers on customer feedback, in order to facilitate continual improvement
  • Purchase and source product at the most affordable price in order to maximise profits
  • Assist the after sales department and reservations department when required
  • Work together with your teams’ members to successfully deliver on common goals
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge by attending fam trips
  • Attend team training sessions and meetings
  • Assist Management with additional reasonable duties

The Reservations Consultant is:

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
