Skills required for the roles:
- Previous Business Travel, Leisure Travel or Airline reservations experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS - Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of a second European language is an advantage for some roles
- Good worldwide geographical knowledge
- Keen attention to detail
