Senior Commercial Analyst
Working for a leading adventure and small group tour operator this is a key senior manager role focusing on driving profitability and helping the business deliver on the growth strategy.
Providing commercial, financial and strategic expertise and analysis to aid decision making and maximise the return in investment and resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pricing, Capacity and Yield Management, driven by rigorous analysis. The role includes driving profit improvement, defining the pricing strategy, tracking and reporting on initiatives and driving tests to challenge assumptions.
Strong financial skills are required along with excellent communication skills to present commercial insights, competitor analysis and business opportunities and ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to lead on Offers and Promotions.
Ideally CIMA/ACCA qualified, you will have a strong commercial background, experienced in delivering reporting that drives outcomes, understanding of the specialist/group tour operator business model and strong leadership and influencing skills. Able to explain complex reporting and concepts with excellent analytical skills, this is a great role to help drive strategy, profit and overall successful business performance.
