One of the UK's leading Cruise Specialists are seeking a CRM Manger to plan and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns. Due to continued growth my client is looking to expand its marketing team. If you want to work for a successful, diverse and fast growing business then read on.

Job Description:
As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the campaign, covering brand awareness, customer acquisition, retargeting, retention and reactivation to drive customer loyalty. You will cover a broad range of direct media, including direct mail, email , social and mobile.

Duties Include:
*Define the full-cycle, multi-channel CRM strategy in line with overall business objectives. Continuously look for ways to improve reach, deliverability, engagement and customer experience
*Lead the planning, delivery, development and optimisation of the weekly email campaigns
*Collaborate with our Customer Experience team and set the vision and plan for loyalty, advocacy and customer experience.
*Explore and introduce new ways of engaging with our customers in line with their needs and expectations.
*Work closely with our Design team to ensure all content is in line with guidelines and delivering the best experience for our customers.
*Build a robust testing plan and report learnings back to Senior stakeholders on a weekly basis
*Working closely with the business intelligence team to understand the value of customer segments and devise strategy on how to effectively target individual segments.
*Analysis of mailing performance to determine what has/hasn't worked (with confidence levels)
*Identify, champion and leverage new industry innovations that will further enhance our CRM programme

Experience Required:
*4+ years' experience in a similar role using enterprise level CRM
*Proven experience in setting CRM strategy and plans
*Experience in campaign planning, delivery and optimisation
*Comfortable analysing and using data to guide decision making
*Experience developing email marketing content
*Proven experience setting up automated email marketing programmes
*Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalisation at scale
*Proven ability to work with all stakeholders and in managing and developing a team
