Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- You will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of high net worth members, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries covering several destinations, events, party planning, restaurants, European beach holiday packages, worldwide tailormade holidays and straightforward hotel bookings worldwide.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Ensure quality information is held on clients profiles including their personal preferences.
- Acting as an advisor and advocate to both the client and your colleagues to facilitate good effective communication, including any required translating of responses to the client.
- Must be from a tour operator, business travel or travel agency background
- Fluent in English and French OR Norwegian
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
