Our Client is a leading Travel Management Company with offices across the UK. Due to recent investment, the Company is now expected to go through an unprecedented period of growth and are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join the team.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be expected to canvas the market and contact potential customers, qualify leads and set up appointments for the Sales team to follow up on.Working closely with the UK Head of Sales and the Marketing team, you will have input on Sales strategy and be responsible for building rapport as the first point of contact for potential new business.

To be successful in the role, you will need to show drive and determination with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. A large part of the role will be asking questions and listening to whether the Client will be a right fit moving forward.

Success will come from building effective relationships and having the patience and persistence to develop leads into meetings.

You will have excellent communication skills both over the phone and over email and the ability to quickly assess sales opportunities. You will be working towards monthly targets so must be self-motivated, focused and able to work autonomously as required.
