Business Development Manager TRAVEL
This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and confident individual who can demonstrate previous business development management experience in a Travel Leisure / Travel Corporate or an Airline environment. You will promote and sell online training platforms, advertising and marketing space on a website to the Travel Industry and extended sectors worldwide.
As a Business Development Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
Develop a strong and positive relationship with all your accounts.
Understand each business needs and requirements
Offer general business support and advice to your accounts
Provide each ‘client’ with regular proactive communication
Identify Leads, cold-call and pitch to potential partners worldwide
Perform web demonstrations with your accounts
Develop new business from all travel sectors, (including- airlines, Hotels, Cruise, Ferry, Car hire, etc.)
Business Development Manager Skill attributes:
- Experience in the Travel Industry required – targeting new business and development of business relationships
- A fluent English Speaker and an additional language would be beneficial but not essential
- Selling Skills
- Strong motivational and delivery skills – both face to face and over the telephone
- Good awareness of the TRAVEL market and industry issues
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
