This Music Festival travel focused business have an exciting new opportunity arise as Customer Service Executive. This is an brilliant role and would suit someone ideally with previous relevant experience within a travel company.

Customer Service Executive, Responsibilities:

- Answering calls, emails, live chat and social media enquiries regarding existing bookings
- Assisting customers in completing the booking process
- Following up on hot leads- aged customer enquiries or incomplete baskets (no cold calling)
- Sending reminders and processing balance payments
- Creating engaging social media posts and mailers to database
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback on website experience
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback post booking
- Adhoc tasks and support to Operations Manager and Director

Customer Service Executive, Skills Required:

- Previous travel industry experience
- Customer service experience in an office environment
- Telephone sales experience
- Experience using booking system

Additional Information:

- Paying circa £22/22K
- Based in the City of London
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
