Working for a highly dynamic, forward thinking business, this role is to deliver the European Sales strategy and continue to lead long term partnership and growth opportunities. Building on new and existing relationships, ensuring a pipeline of business opportunities are fully leveraged to grow the network of sales. Reporting to the Co-Founders of this innovative business, you will help build the continued success and be a key part of the team. You will have strong commercially focused sales skills, able to negotiate complex, high value, long term agreements and manage the relationships from initial discussions through to implementation and work across senior level stakeholders.

You will own the business development, sales and customer management with key Airlines, leading the Business Development and Account Management teams.  This role requires existing network within Airlines and a proven track record in selling to/partnering with Airlines.

The successful candidate will be high energy, innovative, forward thinking and focused on high performance, with existing established network at decision making level within the Airline industry.  Technology focused, passionate about future technology, digital & ecommerce developments  with proven business development success from a digital/software/ancillary provider background.  Proven Stakeholder Management and dynamic Leadership is a must. Leading by example, being front and center within your team and within the organization

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Spanish would be an advantage due to  HQ  location in Barcelona. Role location is flexible – UK/Europe with a 2-3 days per week based in Barcelona.
