Working as part of a team to ensure the content on this successful, growing tour operator and their associated White Labels websites are maintained to a high standard. Ensuring that the trading performance of the websites is exceeding its KPI and constantly looking at positive changes to enhance all aspects of the websites.

*Responsible for and owner of the website trading margin performance, ensuring
performance is monitored and the website is optimised for maximum margin.
*Building new products onto the company website ensuring that a high level of quality and consistency is maintained to ensure the customer journey is smooth and translates into sales calls and ultimately bookings.
*Maintenance of the website and all associated white label websites, to ensure all information is current, relevant and any changes are made in a timely fashion.
*Being part of the marketing bridge structure to understand the product fully so that it can be portrayed in such a way that all key selling point are highlighted to consumers to maximise sales calls.
*Taking ownership and responsibility for press marketing checking, you become the final sign off in the process. You ensure the products are portrayed correctly and to maximise the key selling points.
*Taking ownership and responsibility for the final sign off process for database communications, ensuring all elements are error free and highlighting the key selling points.
*Review all press, eshots and websites to ensure the publications/products are making the required return on investment targets.
*Review national press to understand the look and feel of our competitors to see if we can bring anything identified into our marketing, also looking at the wider press to draw ideas for improvement.

*Self-driven with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality and attention to detail
*A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
*Reliable, tolerant and determined
*Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
*Able to get on with others and be a team player
*Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
*Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office 2000 or later


*Previous CMS experience advantageous but not essential
