My client are a long haul specialist tour operator based on the boarders of East London and Essex needs an Aftersales and Customer Support Executive with strong Customer Service experience and a keen eye for detail to join their team, due to growth of the business. Job Responsibilities:
*Dealing with queries from customers via telephone and email
*Dealing with changes and cancellations to existing bookings
*Action back office amendments
*Dealing with queries from other departments
*Liaising with the in-resort team
*Sending out paperwork to customers
*Liaising to suppliers
*Obtaining customer information to complete bookings
*Assisting with customer feedback queries

Skills Required:
*Previous customer service experience within the travel industry
*Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks
*A good long-haul geographical knowledge
*Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Able to work as part of a small team
*Ability to organise and prioritise work
*Work within strict time-lines and meet deadlines
*Willingness to support other team members

Hours of work:
40 hours per week,
*Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
*Saturday 9am - 5pm (Working one Saturday in 4 with a day off in the week for the Saturdays worked)

Salary and package:
*Salary of £20,000 per annum, plus a realistic OTE including commission of £25,000 per annum
*28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days for long service
