Experienced Campaign Manager required for a leading, award-winning Travel Company. This is an exciting time to join this travel agency and tour operator as they continue their success story with further expansion due to recent commercial success. If you have experience of Broad Multi Channel Marketing - including print production, email marketing, video, social media expertise and advertising, as well as a passion for travel this role could be exactly what you are looking for!

Overview to the role:
To manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of customer insight driven marketing considering all aspects of partnership marketing to achieve the companies income target.

Job Description:
(Some of the key duties)
*Responsible for the development and adoption of a robust, end-to-end partnership marketing process
*Own and drive the UK partnership marketing activity across all channels and segments, including web, email, print, content and social media
*Champion Customer Insight driven campaigns, leading the travel trends and customer knowledge across the business.
*Effectively manage activity from concept through to results and learnings - to brand standards, deadline and budget
*Write clear campaign briefs detailing objectives, target audience(s), creative development and media selection
*Liaise with the Partnership and Commercial teams to ensure the required level of income is achieved before campaign production commences
*Collaborate with Design, Digital and Social Media colleagues to agree creative/digital briefs
*Responsible for all campaign content - written and visual - including process management of content provision and collation and achieving supplier sign-off
*Working with the Commercial, Marketing & Partnership teams to continually develop the range of supplier sponsorship opportunities on offer, for the mutual benefit of the supplier and of Travel Counsellors
*Taking a personal and professional approach to building trusted supplier relationships
*Taking ownership of driving international opportunities and collaborating with our offices around the world to drive increased campaign activity; share plans and assets for local team adaptation as appropriate
*Establish campaign KPIs and success metrics; measure and report against them on a regular basis
*Use a variety of tools and techniques to measure and analyse campaign and activity results, and prepare substantiated management information reports for all stakeholders
*Establish control groups to benchmark performance
*Work with Data colleagues to identify target audiences and manage campaign data delivery
*Work closely with the Partnerships team to feedback campaign performance to our commercial sponsors and providing recommendations for future growth opportunities

Experience Required:
*Broad multi-channel experience including print production, email marketing, video, social media expertise and advertising
*Proven marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment
*A people person, with a strong, outgoing personality and ability to lead, coach and mentor junior members of the team
*A natural planner with the ability to organise teams managing high volume campaign activity
*Analytically and data savvy with strong commercial acumen
*Customer centric- putting the audience at the heart of everything you do
*Just as capable a do-er as a thinker (willing to get your hands dirty)
*Track record of delivering high impact, commercially focused marketing plans
*Able to work under pressure, in an often-impatient environment
*Flexible in terms of working hours/ international travel
*Experience of HTML/Design, Pure 360 and print desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, (within the region of £25-30k pa plus bonus) and comes with an excellent benefits package including, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, travel discounts.
