Customer Services Executive – Travel Industry - Fluent Italian and French Speaking

South East/Central London

£25,000

My client is a leading travel company specialising in luxury high end villa holidays.

They are seeking experienced a fluent Italian and French speaking customer service executive with travel industry or hospitality experience.

The role is fast paced and candidates must have good written and communication skills.

Fluent Italian and French Speaking Customer Services Executive Responsibilities and duties:

Handle all customer correspondence/queries regarding the ground arrangements related to the villa holidays

Handle difficult clients proactively and to seek appropriate resolutions with guidelines as permitted by the Head of Legal.

To investigate and respond by telephone, email or by letter on the standard or query relating to the booking

To liaise with in-house travel managers on how information was provided to client either at time of booking or at any other time.

Also to assist travel managers with advice on how to deal with the client if that is how the situation is progressing.

Flunet Italain and French Speaking Customer Services Executive Skills and Experience Required:

Good written and verbal communication within fluent Italian, French and English essential.

Customer Service experience essential – within travel industry, the hospitality industry or dealing with a luxury product

Ablle to work well under pressure.

Able to work on own as well as managing time scales and within a CS small team

Fluent Italian and French Speaking Customer Services Executive Salary and Benefits:

Base salary of £25,000
