Established for over 36 years, we pride ourselves on offering the best services to independent travel agents who need our product expertise to help them create high quality tailor made travel arrangements for their customers the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

We are offering you the opportunity to work for a dynamic and forward thinking organisation as a Villa Advisor in our busy Operations team to assist in making villa bookings in the USA

Job Purpose

To offer a professional telephone service to both travel agents and direct clients

Confirming and managing Villa bookings and offering excellent customer service

Hours of work:-

40 hours per week,

Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm

REQUIREMENTS

1. Essential Experience

Previous experience of working in telephone customer service role

Polite, professional and enthusiastic telephone manner

Used to working with more than one computer system 

Word and Excel experience 

2. Useful Experience

Previous industry experience

Knowledge of Florida and the USA

Used to working as part of a team
