Let's start with what is essential for success in this role to work for one of the worlds fastest growing hotel franchise businesses. You will of course be a fantastic, experienced leader of business development managers/executives, with a proven track record of success. In addition your experience will be gained from leading teams in an OTA or a fast-paced tech online platform within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

In this role you will report into the General Manager (North) and will create strategies to drive the acquisition of new hotelier partners through your fantastic management of a field-based team of Business Development Executives. This is a great career development role!

REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven management experience within the hospitality/food and beverage technology space or working for a leading OTA in a business development leadership role
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent presenting ability
*Understanding of business processes and strategy development
*Motivated and results driven with a proven track record of success
