Trainee Business Travel Consultant - Birmingham

Do you have experience in the travel industry and looking for a new challenge? Would you like to step into the Business Travel sector of travel? Are you an enthusiastic travel professional with excellent customer service? Do you want to work for a growing, independent business travel company that has rapid expansion plans? A reputable independent business travel company in Birmingham, which has grown massivly and expects continued expansion, is keen to recruit a Trainee Business Travel Consultant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls and e-mails from business clients regarding their travel needs
- Quoting and booking all travel needs including flights, car hire, rail hotel and ancillary services i.e. passport and visa requirements
- Offering excellent customer service, building a rapport with clients.
- Accounts tend to be small to medium size business
- Working on GDS to make reservations
- Working Monday to Friday office hours

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
My client is keen to recruit a suitably experienced Travel Consultant, either from a retail travel, Tour Operator, Airline or airport background! Ideally you will have CRS experience, but training could be provided for the right candidate.
Experience of Booking flights will be an advantage.
