Airline reservations agent

Spanish speaking group airline reservations agent(maternity cover) - Required for this well know international airline with their UK office based in central London. They are looking for an Amadeus trained airline reservations agent who is fluent in Spanish and English. They will pay £18,000/£21,000 + benefits and 25 days holiday for this Monday to Friday position.

Spanish speaking group airline reservations agents duties
-As a group specialist you will be responsible for taking new enquiries by phone and email
- Facilitating the group booking procedure by overseeing the communications between trade partner's requests with head office's responses to ensure a high percentage of groups get confirmed
-Cover the traditional reservations function on a needs basis by answering the phone and supporting the commercial team with reservation enquiries
-Provide a one stop 'Helpdesk' for the travel trade and attend to any walk in customers and deliver the best quality sales support service and information about UX products and services
-Handle fares and Ticketing with adherence to international & company rules and regulations ensuring correct payment collection.

Spanish speaking groups reservations agents skills required
-Travel industry reservations experience is a must
-Amadeus experience is a must
-Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
-Team player
