Senior Business Travel Consultant - Manchester

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a role in the city centre of Manchester looking for someone with a zest for life to join their growing team. You'll be dealing with a range of corporate clients for this well-established company booking all travel from flights to ferry. In return for your continually high customer service, you will be rewarded with a fantastic base salary plus eligible for bonuses of up to £8k! Duties & responsibilities
* Fully service all travel requests to include all air, rail hotel and/or other ancillary service reservations
* Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest possible standards are delivered at all times with a personalised and individual approach to each client
* Problem solve in pressurised situations
* To work to deadlines and prioritise workload
* Be able to maintain a high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
* Respond and react to any client queries in a timely and satisfactory manner

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A strong knowledge in native GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) booking long haul and multistop itineraries, rail and hotels (not point and click systems) Experience in ticketing, refunds and post-reservation customer care is desired. *Please note - non travel candidates will not be considered. *

THE PACKAGE:
- The successful candidate will earn a competitive base salary of £22k - £24k (plus eligible for bonuses' after passing probations)
- Great hours; Monday - Friday, 9-5.30pm
