The successful applicant will be expected to provide professional secretarial assistance for the Regional Director’s Office on a full-time basis, in order to attain the highest efficiency and executive image for the Department.

First Degree in Administrative Management, Business Management or any other related discipline.
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Procedures/Business Management from a recognised institution
- Excellent computer skills to include Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Four (4) years’ experience in a similar capacity
