A successful travel tour operator in Chester is looking for a travel sales support consultant, responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative and service support to a team of travel consultants.

You will provide after-sales support to the booked customer, actioning any requests such as seat allocations, upselling any travel extras where possible, conducting pre-departure calls, working with travel suppliers and keeping in regular contact with the sales consultants regarding these bookings.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a passion for the travel, tours & events industry
* Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
* Be self-motivated
* Be confident, personable and will go out of their way to help others
* Be well-spoken, presentable and professional
