Flights Coordinator/Ticketing Executive
To £22,000 + Benefits

My client, a leading tour operator is seeking a Flights Administrator/Ticketing Executive to join their flights and aviation department.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have GDS experience and have a good understanding of fares and flights to join an intergral part of the company.
Flights Coordinator/Ticketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage allocations
Ensure the sales system corresponds with confirmed allocations.
Ensure flight scheduling is kept updated.
Update flight costs.
Monitor sales and update stats.
Manage tasks / queues.
Help co-ordinate the release of flight allocations.
Update ticketed departures
Assist with airline reservations.
Update monitor and catalogue airline contracts
Provide on-going support to the sales team
Flights Coordinator/Ticketing Executive Skills and Experience Required:
Good knowledge of fares and flights
Previous experience of working within tour Operations or for a consolidator
Good working knowledge of a GDS system
Responsible, Enthusiastic, Energetic and able to use own initiative
Willingness and commitment to undertake training
Willingness to work flexibly
Flights Coordinator/Flights Executive Salary and Benefits:
Base salary to £22,000 + Bonus
Holiday Concessions
22 days holiday
Monday to Friday
