Do you have experience of managing an overseas operation? An established tour operator is looking to appoint a Senior Destination Services Manager who will be responsible for developing and supporting a team of overseas staff and consistently developing service levels. You will be responsible for the commercial and strategic development of Destination Services. Ensuring the delivery of high performing, efficient and compliant in resort operations and driving customer service excellence. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of Tour Operating in particular resort operations. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Team management experience. Highly operational and commercially astute.
