•Earn up to 45% commission on holiday sales and 50% on ancillary sales.
•Commission is paid based on booking date, not departure date* (And if you decide to leave we still pay you the full amount that you are owed)

Key skills & Experience Required:
•Minimum 2 Years ABTA retail experience.
•A very high standard of customer service and excellent telephone manner.
•Adaptable to sell a broad range of products and work with a broad range of suppliers.
•Independence to sell any ATOL bonded supplier.
•Sales experience and/or destination knowledge of lakes and mountains/ long haul and ski products are an advantage.
•A friendly and supportive management and IT support team.
•2 day induction training course.
•Back office technology is provided by our parent company Voyager Systems Ltd.
•Modern Telephone technology that works over broadband (VOIP) so we can welcome skilled people who live abroad onto the team.
