This highly successful, rapidly expanding long haul tour operator that have a history spanning over 25 years urgently requires a sales driven tailormade Travel Consultants.
They heavily invest in the their marketing and are currently taking a high volume number of genuine warm sales enquiries hence the sales opportunities are there to be converted.
This role is very much target driven with top earners taking home in excess of £55k +
The destinations sold are 4/5* star resorts in the Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Cuba, South America, South East Asia and Europe.
Applicants must have sold at least one of the above destinations.
Travel Sales Consultant responsibilities:
* Handling all sales queries from clients
* Establishing budgets, requirements and selling holidays based on clients requests
* Upselling and cross selling all queries to maximise sales
* Working to and exceeding set sales targets
Travel Sales Consultant remuneration package:
* Basic to £25,000 + commission, overtime of £200 for every Sunday worked, realistic OTE of £55k uncapped
* 22 days holiday rising to 27 days plus public/bank holidays

Travel Sales Consultant skill attributes:
* Previous travel sales experience working to sales targets is essential
* Hunger to exceed targets and earn serious money
* Good telephone manner and rapport building skills
* Ability to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Hard working and good team player
