Event Sales Coordinator (Maternity Cover) - Competitive Salary
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join a beautiful 5 star country hotel, spa and golf club, set in the Buckinghamshire countryside.

Event Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinating/ Inputting of all corporate conferences and golf events onto the systems
• Administration of all paperwork linked with the bookings, i.e contracts, invoices and function sheets.
• Attending meetings regarding daily operations
• Communicating with Residents and Reservations departments with rooming lists and guests' requirement
• Building relationships with current clients and agents
• Generate new leads for all services

Event Sales Coordinator - Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Opera, Concept Golf and Catering booking systems
• Excellent Customer Service
• Experience within events management
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels
• Ability to manage and prioritise own work load with high attention to detail
• Strong sales and commercial focus

Event Sales Coordinator - Additional Information:

• Maternity Cover Contract
• Competitive Salary plus commission
• 40 hours per week on a shift rota
• 20 days holiday plus lieu days
