TRAVEL SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
TOUR OPERATOR, LONDON
UP TO £22,000

A successful travel tour operator in London is looking for a travel sales support executive, responsible for providing sales, operational, administrative and service support to their team of travel consultants.

You will provide after-sales support to the booked customer, actioning any requests such as seat allocations, upselling any travel extras where possible, conducting pre-departure calls and working with travel suppliers and airlines.

A background working within the travel industry is essential for this Travel Sales Support Executive role as well as excellent customer service skills and GDS experience.

We're looking for candidates with the following skills, and experience of:

* Travel industry experience, knowledge of GDS and reservations systems
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft
* Issuing tickets and putting together final documents
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
* Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Be confident, personable and will go out of their way to help others
* Be well-spoken and professional
