Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls and e-mails from business clients regarding their travel needs
- Quoting and booking all travel needs including flights, car hire, rail hotel and ancillary services i.e. passport and visa requirements
- Offering excellent customer service, building a rapport with clients.
- Accounts tend to be small to medium size business
- Working on GDS to make reservations
- Working Monday to Friday office hours
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
My client is keen to recruit a suitably experienced Business Travel Consultant. Ideally you will have Amadeus or Galileo CRS experience, but cross training could be provided for the right candidate. You must be able to book hotels, rail and ferry. Experience of Booking flights will be an advantage.
